Choosing your planter is the enjoyable bit. Getting it safely to your door should simply be a given. Here’s everything you need to know about delivery.

Delivery

Every Pearl & Orchid order qualifies for free UK delivery, with no minimum spend.

We dispatch every order the same working day or the next working day.

Your order will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and should be with you within two to three working days.

We’ll send your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Every planter is carefully wrapped and securely packaged to help it reach you just as it left us.

Express Delivery

Need it a little sooner? Simply select Express Delivery at checkout for an additional fee.

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day using Royal Mail Tracked 24, with delivery expected the next working day.

Express orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
