Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Pearl & Orchid.

30-Day Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item should be returned in its original packaging where possible.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Please contact us before returning your item so we can provide the correct return address.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs showing the damage or fault.

If your item is confirmed as damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will cover the full cost of return postage and offer either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
